**Your new role**

This is an exciting time of growth for this centralised IT team, an opportunity to work for a highly experience Head of and Operations and to manage the teams of specialists that provide services across infrastructure architecture, server hosting, network and security environments.

As Infrastructure Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently high level of service across the following areas.
- Infrastructure Architecture
- Server infrastructure
- Network infrastructure
- Management of infrastructure partners & vendors
- Infrastructure Disaster Recovery and IT Business Continuity

This is a proactive business culture, one that encourages autonomy. As the Infrastructure Manager you will lead by example, be willing to roll your sleeves up and contribute to problem solving within the environment whilst also leading your team of skilled professionals in their areas of specialisation.

**Your skills will include**

Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Self starter with initiative and drive to see tasks and projects through to completion
- Excellent working knowledge of:

- Windows AD, Azure, O365
- Unix/Linux (an advantage)
- VMWare & SANs
- WAN/LAN Topology
- Network & perimeter security
- Experienced in managing outsource partners & vendors
- Developing and managing SLA's in alignment with business requirements
- Establishing standards, processes, and procedures
