We have an admin team to support the sales rep and provide a structural training program. We also have a strong Property management team, an inhouse mortgage broker and Migration Agency.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROPERTY MANAGER**

**About the Property Manager Role**:
**$65,000 - $70,000 Annually**

Due to our growing portfolio, an exciting opportunity exists at Starlight Property Group. We're looking for an experienced and hard-working property manager to join our team as a full-time employee. You will be working Monday to Friday with afterhours emergencies occasionally required. Your role will cover all duties involved with managing a portfolio of residential properties which include:

- Listing properties for lease
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Conducting viewing
- Routine inspections
- Arranging maintenance
- Bond lodgements
- Renewals and variated lease agreement and advising owners of the current market updates for rent reviews
- Final bond inspections
- Managing rental arrears

**Essential Characteristics, Skills & Experience**:

- 2 years working as a property manager
- A genuine passion for real estate and customer service
- Good customer service with excellent communication and people skills
- A current driver’s license & your own reliable transport (essential)
- Highly collaborative, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
- Reliable and professional presented
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in all aspects of their work
- Great time management skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Multilingual preferred but not essential to apply.
- Enjoy working in a diverse culture team
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
