**The role**:
Reporting to the National Property Manager, you will assist to drive and facilitate continued growth for both the design and property project management phase for Collective Wellness brands, Anytime Fitness and XTEND Barre. Your focus will incorporate coordinating people and processes to ensure that all new club builds, relocations, and club refreshes are delivered on time and in accordance with budgets.

**Day to day will include**:
Project Management
- Ensure that all new club builds, refreshes and relocations are delivered on-time, appropriately scoped, remain within this scope and adhere to process requirements
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to projects is well considered and communicated accordingly
- Coordinate the signage, security, safety devices, furniture and equipment requirements with suppliers, the architects and the franchisees
- Ensure the Design Coordinator/s is supported in all aspects of the club design process and that all due processes are followed accordingly
- Develop, review and refine existing or new processes that look to improve the end-to-end process of new club builds or club refurbishments
- Track refresh targets and extensions and any changes within our internal system (CRM)
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage any changes in club build or refurbishment in relation to schedule or approvals
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques whilst reporting and escalating any underperformance to stakeholders as required
- Perform risk management where required to minimise project risks
- Achieve budgets as set within the annual Collective Wellness Group budget setting process

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Assist the National Property Manager in developing strategies and processes throughout the business to improve performance as required
- Manage strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders
- Work alongside the Performance coaches and Regional managers to build and maintain strong relationships with the Franchisees
- Develop and maintain a consistent structure for assessing network-based products or initiatives on behalf of Collective Wellness Group
- Share best practices across the wider property team in relation to project processes, initiatives or outcomes as required for the betterment for the CWG business
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as required for the end-to-end execution of all new club builds, club refreshes and relocations
- Manage external vendors and assist the procurement manager in order to ensure adequate supplies are acquired, within stock and of a high standard
- Maintain consistent and effective development, support and guidance for the Design Coordinator/s to ensure they are successful within their roles
- Manage both your own and your team’s KPI’s, deliverables and projects to a high standard and in line with business objectives and budgets
- Consistently show motivational and inspiring leadership within your role and in support of your team

- Regular club visitation/travel including interstate

**Experience & About You**:

- Builder or Tradesman experience is preferable
- Relevant qualification or certification within the field/s of project management, business, or a related technical field
- Prior expertise with project management software (eg. Microsoft Project, Primavera, Asana etc)
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience within a project management or multi-site management related role
- Prior experience in relation to the opening of fitness facilities or similar based small businesses
- People/consumer focused approach
- Current NSW drivers license

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Demonstrated ability to effectively direct, coordinate, and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Demonstrated expertise in project management through all phases of a project life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
