Northshore Palm Beach is modern residential complex in one of the Gold Coast's most desirable locations. Nestled on the northern end of Palm Beach near Tallebudgera Creek, Northshore Palm Beach offers modern coastal living at its finest. With stunning ocean and hinterland views, Northshore combines the vibrancy of beachside life with the comfort of a secure, well-managed residential community.

The Role(s)

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Caretaker to join our team at TCTP and a Property Manager to join us at Northshore. The Caretaker is a live-in role, ideal for someone with experience in maintenance, caretaking, or holiday park operations, who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in keeping facilities well-presented.

Caretaker responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance, groundskeeping, and minor repairs across the park.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of shared facilities (amenities, BBQ areas, pools, etc.).
  • Support park management with guest needs and site presentation.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies (on a rostered basis).

Property Manager responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Northshore Palm Beach.
  • Managing tenant relations, leasing, inspections, and compliance.
  • Coordinating and supervising maintenance, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensuring the building is presented to the highest standard.
  • Working closely with the Body Corporate to deliver a safe, well-maintained, and community-focused environment.
