**Head Office, Lane Cove, NSW**:
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the creative output of brand and marketing elements for our Belle Property brands across the national network. You will work as a member of our dynamic team at Head Office and report directly to the Brand Lead and work closely with the wider marketing department, particularly working in collaboration with the design and marketing operations teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain marketing automation systems used by the franchise network
- Manage all internal and contractor graphic designers to develop new brand and marketing materials
- Manage the relationship of national printing, merchandise and brand suppliers ensuring quality control and brand consistency
- Monitor and ensure on-brand and relevant materials are being presented in the marketplace by franchisees
- Work collaboratively with Brand Lead and Head of Marketing to finalise and approve new brand marketing initiatives
- Onboard new local suppliers and assist with setting up marketing templates required for a new franchisee
- Oversee the setup of new templates within the marketing automation system
- Manage the graphic design briefing process from start to finish
- Work with the marketing operations team to report on marketing usage across the network to inform new brand marketing initiatives and efficiencies
- Build relationships with franchisees to gain feedback on the network’s marketing requirements
- Troubleshoot with franchisees to find marketing solutions for their local area as needed

**Qualifications**
- At least 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferable
- At least 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in the real estate industry is preferable but not necessary
- Experience in managing a team and working cross-functionally is highly valued
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand positioning, and brand equity
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferable but not necessary
- Ability to analyse real estate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy and decision-making for future marketing output
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and interstate teams
- Ability to present creative ideas effectively to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to marketplace challenges
- Strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

**Additional information**:
This role is a full time position in Sydney, Head Office - Lane Cove. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, with work-from-home flexibilities (3 days in the office, 2 days work-from-home).
