As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced **Marketing Officer** to conduct market research, analyze profit margins, and develop sales strategies to support our growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research in the real estate sector, providing comprehensive reports on market trends
- Analyze profit margins and sales strategies for company projects, identifying competitive market approaches
- Monitor market trends and policy changes to ensure the company’s strategies remain adaptive and forward-looking
- Assist management in developing and executing marketing plans to enhance brand presence and drive sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate market analysis or related fields
- Strong skills in data analysis and market trend forecasting
- Ability to keep up-to-date with real estate regulations and policies
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
