Auscare Group has four divisions, Staffing Agency, RTO, Community division and Disability Services division.

A great opportunity has opened up to join our growing company for an experienced marketing and communications talent with the ability to execute projects around brand awareness. Do you have proven ability to execute digital campaigns and juggle priorities of many tasks? This role will include a variety of tasks including:

- Manage and develop marketing projects and campaigns for all four divisions.
- Develop and execute the company's digital marketing plan and campaigns.
- Analysing campaigns and making recommendations based on your findings
- Data entry and analysis
- Coordinating the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
- Management of marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels
- Analysis and recommendation of the best Expo's for Auscare Group to participate in.
- Website maintenance, assist in the development of content for websites, and internal eDMs
- Bring your strong sense of ownership and passion for our brand
- Have the capacity to work independently and are highly motivated with the drive to succeed
- Must have a passion for marketing
- Ability to constantly improve and optimise outcomes
- Accuracy - an eye for detail is key
- Ability to use graphic design software to edit/create marketing materials

You are an exceptional, passionate marketing person who will have the ability to adapt in our fast moving environment. As well as:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
- 1-2 years' experience in Marketing or similar (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $44,741.21 - $76,099.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Welshpool, WA 6106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
