Carcoin, an automotive sales company located in Burwood, NSW, is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic call centre team as Call Centre Representatives. As a representative, you will be responsible for contacting private sellers who have listed their cars on Carsales, offering them the opportunity to receive an attractive offer from our reputable dealers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the automotive industry to contribute to a thriving sales operation

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact private sellers from provided leads to discuss their listed vehicles
- Engage in professional and persuasive conversations to gauge seller interest in receiving an offer from our dealers
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Carcoin's services and benefits
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure smooth communication and seamless lead handover
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Continuously strive for personal and team improvement by actively participating in training sessions and meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence potential sellers positively
- Active listening skills to understand and address seller concerns effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple calls and meet deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and willingness to learn about the various makes and models
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment

Working Hours and Compensation:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Hourly casual rate: $30 per hour

Location: 374-380 Parramatta Rd Burwood, NSW 2134

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- Morning shift
