MLC School is looking for qualified and passionate **Learn to Swim Instructors**to join the Aquatic Centre team on a casual basis.

**About the position**

**MLC School Learn to Swim instructors are responsible for conducting high quality swimming lessons, some squad sessions and water safety educations programs to benefit all MLC School Aquatic Centre customers

**Selection Criteria**:
Learn to Swim Instructors will be able to demonstrate their ability and commitment to:

- Acting as a member of a team, and assisting with matters related to swimming instruction.
- Conducting high quality swimming lessons, squad sessions and water safety educational programs, advising swim school staff when students are to be upgraded and certificates to be issued.
- Playing an active role in identifying potential safety issues that may cause injury or illness to staff or patrons and reporting these appropriately.
- Holding qualifications as an AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety, and current CPR certificates.
- Holding a current Working with Children's check.
- State of the art facilities and collegiate environment.

- Onsite parking, easy access to public transport and Westfield Shopping Centre.
- Access to the School’s gym and indoor Aquatic Centre.
