As a Disability Services administrator, you will be responsible for delivering professional and efficient administration support to SYC’s Disability Services. This position is permanent part-time 22.5 hours per week.
Based at our Kent Town Head Office and reporting to the Disability Services Manager, you will complete a range of administrative task in an accurate and timely manner. You will work collaboratively with managers and colleagues across organisation. Your day-to-day activities may vary, but will include:
- Administering timely and accurate billing for NDIS services
- Supporting casual employees with timesheets.
- Monitoring and follow-up employee training requirements
- Coordinating meetings, events, and training
- Providing other administrative support and assistance to the Disability Services Manager as required.
**About You**
As someone customer focused with a ‘Can do’ attitude and engaging enthusiastic manner, you will have proven administration experience and looking for a challenge. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to learn a new job-related skills and work in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an office administration role and customer service
- Demonstrated time management, organisation and prioritising skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Strong administrative skills, including record keeping, customer service, data entry and accounts processing.

- Complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
