What you’ll contribute to

The Quality Administrator is primarily responsible for quality analysis of digital products within the Digital Connected Systems division. The successful applicant will ensure prompt attention to the voice of the customer, quality control and analytics.

The role is part of the Digital Connected Services (DCS) which is responsible for enhancing TMCA’s current line-up of products and services by identifying, trialling, launching and growing new and innovative mobility, connected, data and other business solutions the goals of which are to strengthen TMCA’s customer base and expand TMCA’s business in Australia.

In this role you need to be willing to learn, a problem-solver, have great communication skills, be able to quickly build rapport with various internal and external stakeholders.

This is a Max term role for 12 months based at Port Melbourne

How you’ll make an impact- Management of digital product’s voice of customer and promotion of quality direction and strategy.- Management support of digital product analytics including sales and payments reconciliation. Working with Business Unit Coordinators to monitor transactions comply with probity requirements.- Attend weekly quality meetings with business stakeholders & vendors to support the training activity, rehearsals and service flows. Attend Lexus and Toyota launch planning meetings and work with Business Analyst in the preparation of stakeholders and vendor readiness for new app and launches.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree qualification in Information Technology or equivalent experience- Graduate level experience in IT technology and mobile App functionality- Customer management and analytics skills- Understanding of the business and its commercial drivers
