**Your New Role**:
**Permanent Full Time Opportunity** - The Risk Quality and Compliance Administration Assistant will support the Head of Risk & Compliance as well as the Head of Quality Assurance and their teams with a variety of administrative tasks including collection and analysis of information and data, reporting to regulators as well as internal report preparation and general administrative duties.
The role will work primarily with the Risk and Compliance and Quality Assurance teams to support the provision of superior second line assurance for the Home Health, Specialist Care and Retirement Communities business units. The role requires a high level of detail-orientated work that delivers simplified and understandable outputs from complex data sets and the ability to understand the operational processes that sit behind the numbers.
High level MS Office and Excel including medium to high level formula writing and pivot table skills will be a minimum to effectively undertake the required work.
**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of regular reporting requirements.
- Use your proficiency and knowledge to assist the capability of the teams to deliver reports with better insights through the provision of quality data.
- Maintain and coordinate the schedule of reports for the Home Health, Specialist Care and Residential Communities businesses including due dates, ensuring that reports are produced, reviewed, and approved within required timeframes.
- Assist with the sourcing, collection, collation, and entry of performance metrics across Risk & Compliance and Quality Assurance spaces.
- Manage the Beyond Blue verification process for Working with Children Checks using the relevant online portals
- Support the Home Health, Specialist Care and Retirement Communities business units and their leadership teams to improve risk management and compliance through the collection and collation of data to drive improved outcomes for our customers.
- Support the appropriate identification and escalation of, assessment, treatment and reporting of risks.
- Complete all compliance training.
- Adhere to OHS obligations and legislative requirements
**About You**:
- High level administration and organisational skills
- Proficiency responding to operational business requests
- Experience with working agilely in a busy environment
- Developed stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks to tight deadlines
- High Level MS Office including Excel
