We are seeking a Bid Manager to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production of EOI and tender submissions to secure new business as well as contribute to the overall bid strategy and completion of submissions.

Founded in 2010, my client provides our clients with innovative and cost-effective end-to-end solutions. We specialize in Design & Construct (D&C) and Construct only projects consisting of Civil, Road, Rail, Infrastructure, and Remediation and Utilities across The East Coast of Australia.

**About the role**:

- Manage the end-to-end production of EOI's, tenders, and other publications from concept to delivery working with the engineering team to develop content specific to EOI and tenders.
- Manage Tender support team.
- Manage proofing, editing, and writing of documents.
- Lead the development of key messaging / bid strategy.
- Coordinate required input from Estimating, Pre-contracts, and Business Development teams.
- Ensure a high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Coordinate and, where possible, assist with graphic layouts for submissions, design reports, boards, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure documentation is thoroughly prepared and reviewed by relevant parties, and provision is made for the incorporation of updates and revisions.
- Develop sustainable relationships with a key range of stakeholders, both internal and external (i.e. Alliance/Joint Venture partners and consultants), and influence a broad range of working styles and personalities.
- Flexibility to ensure bid submission times are prioritized and consistently achieved.
- Degree qualification in Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Advanced MS Word & Office skills.
- Preferred skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
