**The Company**:
Your new employer is a popular provider of health care services Australia-wide and offers a fantastic working environment. Located in the North Ryde, the finance team is working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

**The Role**:
This is a temporary role for approximately 1-3 months. You will receive a full handover and be provided with ongoing support for the time.

- Work within a lovely team of 6 Accounts Payable staff
- Great for income over the quiet Christmas period
- Immediate start available
- $35 per hour plus super

**The Duties**:

- AP related duties including processing supplier invoices,
- Credit card reconciliations
- Third party payments
- Respond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stake holders at all times
- Manage payment of suppliers as per payment terms and prepare electronic funds transfers

**You**:

- 1-3 years + years Accounts Payable officer experience desirable
- Experience within the professional services sector would be an advantage
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- You must be available to start within the next 1-2 weeks
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
