- Salary Package: From $86,087 - $97,879 (HEW Level 5) plus 17% employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading

- Based at Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde

About the Role

The Human Research Ethics Administrator will provide administrative support to the operations of the HREC and the Manager (HREC).

Key Responsibilities-
- Arranging and coordinating HREC meetings, events, training sessions and functions including arranging meetings, room bookings, catering, agenda and materials preparation, minute taking, and providing other administration support where required.- Processing invoices and paying- Assist with the preparations of reports to the University and Government authorities- Actively contribute to the improvement of Human Research Ethics Committee administrative processes.

Within Research Services, the Human Research Ethics Team assists the University to achieve its research goals by ensuring that research conducted at the University meets best practices and high standards of integrity, in accordance with the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research.
