**About the role**

The role of Outbound Sales Agent is a critical part of the team that will drive cross sell, sales and retention goals. Such products include retail commercial energy, solar (including finance and PPAs and energy efficiency services. The role is responsible for engaging directly with customers to understand needs, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that individual acquisition, renewal & cross sell targets are achieved.

- Customer service: commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.

Competitive base + uncapped commissions available on multiple product verticals.

**Requirements**:
The Outbound Sales Agent will be responsible for.
- Management & delivery of cross sell campaigns via outbound calls (KPI 30-50 calls p/day)
- Achieving individual acquisition and renewal targets to achieve NBE’s goals
- Understanding customer needs and selling the right product
- Providing outstanding experience that leaves customers with confidence in their purchase decision

Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Manager, the role primarily focuses on achieving cross sell, individual acquisition and renewal targets, whilst maintaining outstanding customer experience outcomes.

Competitive base + uncapped commissions available on multiple product verticals.

**Responsibilities**:
