**We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Australian Surgical Innovations sales team. In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Endomechanical & Energy portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff within South Metro area, Perth. **A Day in the Life
**As a Territory Manager reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

- Develop and execute strategic territory plans in conjunction with your manager, focusing on target surgeons to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key customers.
- Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products that includes regular product updates, trials, and in-services.
- Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customer/ patient technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed.
- Up to 20% Regional travel required
- Supporting the business in growing current and well-established market share
- Working closely with colleague within the Surgical Innovation portfolio.

**Must-Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing or Business related discipline is essential
- Proven sales experience selling in Healthcare, either Medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff
- Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results

**Nice to have**:

- Strong understanding of the Australia public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.
