Through technological innovation and close collaboration with Australian farmers, Pacific Seeds has grown to be Australia’s leading broadacre cropping seed provider.

**About the opportunity**:
Reporting to the Southern Region Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for the sales and promotion of seed varieties. This involves forming strong commercial relationships with distribution partner client groups, adhering to set budgets, attending events and regularly executing promotional activities. There will also be significant industry participation, which includes field days, farm visits and liaison with agronomists. On average, this role demands one night per week, working away from home.

**Requirements**:
We are seeking the following attributes:

- Exemplary customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to build solid commercial relationships
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to develop prioritised sales plans
- A team focus, with the ability to work autonomously
- Proven self-management and time management skills
- Base level (or more) understanding of agronomy and broadacre crop production
