**You will get to**:

- Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with key clients in your territory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions
- Understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of your territory to offer tailored solutions
- Ensure regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
- Develop and execute territory-wide business strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the region
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with territory needs
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing issues to prevent churn
- Drive new sales opportunities in untapped accounts within your territory
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing project expectations
- Provide guidance and support to project teams during execution across the region
- Track and report key performance metrics such as revenue, retention, and client satisfaction
- Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities
- Leverage market insights to anticipate client needs and identify innovation opportunities
- Share market insights with internal teams to influence strategic decisions and product development

- Strong ability to identify business needs and deliver instinctive, tailored solutions
- Highly organized, with the ability to plan and execute consistent communication cycles across your portfolio
- Excellent communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills
- Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Skilled at building and maintaining positive client relationships while managing expectations for project success
- Detail-oriented in handling business development leads and managing projects from start to finish
- Ambitious to grow and enhance existing client relationships through exceptional service and guidance
- Effective negotiation skills for managing conflicts, aligning stakeholder expectations, and reaching consensus on project scope and resources
- In-depth understanding of government operations, regulations, procurement processes, and budgetary constraints
