This role is being offered as a Job Share arrangement as a Fixed Term Contract, Part time for 2 to 3 days per week.

**What **you’ll** do**:

- Drive the implementation of strategies, plans and priorities to embed the Risk Management Framework and methodology across the company.
- Develop, implement and maintain the Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite Statements in line with ISO3100 and better practice guides.
- Facilitate the maintenance, approval and monitoring of the Corporate Risk Management Plan and the identification and reporting of emerging risks.
- Prepare and present reports on risk management performance for the ELT, the Board Audit & Risk Committee and the full Board.
- Develop and implement business wide communications strategy for positive risk culture in line with the Risk Management Framework.

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
- Knowledge of the legislative, regulatory and policy framework affecting the financial management, compliance obligations, and reporting requirements of State-Owned Corporations.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing and maintaining organisational-wide risk management framework and programs
- Experience in implementing significant change initiatives in respect of risk management and business continuity
- Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary, change based teams, with focus on risk management related initiatives
- Ability in providing direction and guidance and managing the overall team performance.
- Working knowledge of ISO31000- Risk Management System - Guidelines, ISO 22301: Security and resilience - Business continuity management systems - Requirements ISO 22313: Societal security - Business continuity management systems - Guidance; ISO 196000: Compliance management systems - Guidelines
