**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Manager in establishing, influencing and managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating a network of key risk practitioners or champions, while providing specialist advice and information to Divisions and Branches.
- Collaborate with the Manager to improve risk management information quality and consistency, provide insights, and challenge risk assessments and assumptions as necessary.
- Coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Risk Management Framework, systems and processes.
- Plan and facilitate risk assessment workshops and risk reviews, and support participants to identify effective solutions to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate the regular analysis, review and updating of risk registers and provide advice to facilitate the management of risks and support the review and updating of business continuity plans and related processes as required.
- Coordinate periodic review of risk maturity across to inform the design and implementation of continuous improvement programs.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience with risk management frameworks and approaches.

Government experience is highly regarded.
