**Responsibilities**:
**Job Purpose**
The Tour de Cure team creates connected experiences with organisations that love to inspire their staff, customers, and business community to cure cancer through engaging fundraising programs. With the TDC community, our partners have raised millions of dollars to fund 635 cancer projects that have led to 75 significant research breakthroughs.
As the Partnerships Manager, you will build deep and rich partnerships with key corporate partners who through their programs and events, provide employees with opportunities to volunteer, participate and fundraise. While managing the execution of these programs, you will develop non-event initiatives that align to our partners’ objectives and raise funds for Tour de Cure.
You have the opportunity to work with some of our most loyal corporate partners who share the vision of a world without cancer including CBA, Lexus, Westpac, Suncorp, Woolworths and Southern Cross Protection. Sitting at the intersection of our marketing, partnerships and events team, your ability to effectively innovate and execute partnership deliverables will go a long way to secure future funding and extend our reach to a broader audience.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Develop strategies with existing partners to increase their involvement in Tour de Cure so that we engage more with their communities.
- Manage the end-to-end relationships with allocated key corporate partners and deliver partnership properties.
- Inspire the Tour de Cure HQ team to deliver first class experiences and service to Tour de Cure corporate programs.
- Work with the Tour de Cure team while on event to deliver all partner requirements.
- Identify and support the development of new opportunities with existing partners.
- Become a Tour de Cure spokesperson at corporate events and functions.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Bachelor degree in Business or Communications or 5 years equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to identify and grow partnership opportunities
- An organised planner who is adaptable in all situations
- Keen eye for problem solving and detail
- Proactive while happy to get the job done.
- Natural ability to link corporate values, social responsibility and community.

- Level headed and calm under pressure with a hunger to grow and learn professionally.

- 80 NPS partner satisfaction
- 100% sponsorship properties delivered on time
- Delivering $3M in corporate fundraising to contribute to an overall partnerships team fundraising.
**Working arrangements**
Whilst the majority of your time will be in the office at French’s Forest, there is flexibility to work from home when required.
