We are a fast-growing, drone e-commerce company that sells our own brand of Fishing/Adventure Drones direct to consumers.

We believe drones are for more than just taking a pretty picture - they can carry bait, deliver supplies, help with research, and open up entirely new ways to explore the outdoors. Our flagship model, the Aeroo Pro, has been picked up by fishers, campers, researchers, and adventurers around the world. Influencers have played a huge role in growing our brand - from everyday fisherman to major creators like How Ridiculous.

We’re now looking for a full-time Influencer Manager to help us take things to the next level.

**What the role looks like**:
You’ll be working closely with our Marketing Manager to grow and manage our network of 30+ influencers across Australia, NZ, and the US. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing influencer relationships and ensuring deliverables are met
- Onboarding new creators and negotiating partnerships (paid or product-based)
- Coordinating content schedules and keeping campaigns on track
- Planning product launches, special projects and collaborations alongside the Marketing Manager
- Building a strong network of long-term creator partners
- Occasionally helping with content or campaigns when needed

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has experience managing a network of influencers or creators for a brand
- Understands the content creation process and what makes videos perform
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can confidently handle outreach, follow-ups, and contract negotiation
- Understands how to maintain a brand image across multiple creator channels
- Ideally has experience in outdoor, fishing, camping, boating or adventure-related industries
- Enjoys talking to people and building strong, long-term relationships
- Can work independently and stay accountable to goals

We’re a small, hands-on team - so you’ll have real impact from day one. Your role will help shape how the Aeroo brand is seen across social media and in the outdoor space more broadly.

Our office/warehouse is located in Frenchs Forest on the Northern Beaches.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
