The Shift are partnering with a local organisation who hold a strong reputation in serving the Tweed and Gold Coast region with both domestic and commercial plumbing services.

**The Role**
Due to continual growth, our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Office Coordinator to manage the administrative tasks within their Tweed Heads office. They are looking for someone who is keen to commit to staying with their organisation on a long-term basis. You will be responsible for job-specific scheduling, prioritising, and resource allocation. You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met and efficient workflow of field staff is always maintained.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Answering a high volume of phone calls from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising regularly with customers regarding their services.
- Scheduling appointments for customers and field staff.
- Updating and adding notes to customer’s files.
- Entering invoices into the system.
- Paying invoices as they are received.
- Receipting incoming and outgoing payments.
- Stock control and purchasing materials from suppliers.

**About You**
As the first point of contact within a fast-paced work environment, you will need to operate proficiently and possess the below:

- Office administration experience with the ability to pick up systems and procedures quickly and efficiently.
- Direct experience in plumbing and/or trade services sectors will be highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and warm phone manner.
- Excellent organisation, prioritising, and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- The ability to work Monday to Friday, full time hours, from an office in Tweed Heads.
