**Barista/ All Rounder Position**

Very busy cafe in Tweed Heads are looking for Barista/FOH/All Rounder staff to join our team

We are looking for an experienced Barista who is ready to take on some supervising duties. You must have experience as a shift supervisor, or have plenty of cafe experience and are ready to take on a higher role. Shifts can be negotiated in terms of days and hours
- but must be able to work weekends. We are open 7 days a week from 7am-4:30.

We need a confident and dependable person who is a fast learner with a strong initiative to be able to see what needs to be done and do it without always needing to be told.

**Duties include**:
Providing a great customer service experience

Experienced Barista

Preparing dine-in and takeaway food/drink orders

Maintaining a high level of service and cleanliness in the dining area

Supervisor duties will include
- preparing store for open/ close, cashing up, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed, monitoring other staff, allocating breaks, etc.

**About you**:
Great attention to detail

Must be available to work at least one day of weekend.

Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced/peak periods

Experience in similar environment

Fast learner with the ability to take initiative and work confidently

Able to take on extra responsibility with supervisor role

Barista and general cafe experience is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

- Tweed Heads, NSW 2485: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
