STRONG Pilates Tweed Heads are looking to recruit a studio manager to join our friendly studio community and to represent our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
STRONG Classes:

- Attend and pass our STRONG Pilates training Academy in March
- Deliver a minimum number of 10+ pilates classes per week
- Give personal attention to clients during vlass, clear instructions and cues and ensure correct form as well as holding a great stage precence.
- Know clients injuries so that exercises can be modified
- Inspire, motivation and promote and energetic environment
- Balance teaching, changing lights and music during class whilst staying on top of timing and programming.
- Ensure each client has prior introduction, appropriate dress and understands how to use the Rowformer.

**Community**:

- Be the face of STRONG Pilates Tweed Heads
- Welcome clients by name and develop positive client relations
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude to clients and engage them in events
- Ability to develop STRONG relationship and maintain studio community
- Ensure client profiles are up to date
- Continue to build the community culture of STRONG
- Assist in memberships, merchandise and other offerings

**Studio**:

- Maintain upkeep of the studio in-between classes
- Take pride in the studio and ensure your team of instructors follows your lead

**Admin / management**:

- Manage social media platforms and all EDM's
- Assist in generating and converting membership sales (commission available)
- Assist in proactive strategies in relation to marketing, training and staff development
- Class scheduling, membership suspensions, new client activations
- Linking and building relations with community groups in the local area to help promote the studio and key links
- Organise social studio events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37 per week
