Manage the strategic direction of our beautiful holiday parks, ensuring high-quality service across all operations.

**About the role**:

- Coordinate the implementation of program policies, standards, practices and systems
- Provide high-level and proactive support to the team
- Provide advice on complex issues of strategic and operational importance for the holiday parks business.
- Responsibile for ensuring legislative and staturoy compliance
- Implements business improvement modes to maximise
- Budget management - operating budget of $10M per annum

- a base salary ranging from $120,124 per annum with competency-based increments up to $133,479 per annum, plus 10.5% super

**We are seeking**:

- Degree qualification in Business/Commerce or assocated discipline
- Leadership skills
- Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, with an ability to identify emerging trends, risk and the impacts on the business
- Ability to work autonomously whilst engaging and managing a team
- Experience, knowledge and skills with budget preparation andmonitoring.
