**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Process Lead is responsible for providing direction, leading the analysis, and driving key program deliverables, supporting the design, development, mapping, implementation and embedding of end-to-end processes that enables the TAFE NSW Strategy. The role manages a team of process analysis specialist and process modellers ensuring that all processes are effectively designed to meet program objectives, customer and business requirements.

**ABOUT YOU**
You will have demonstrated comprehensive expertise in leading teams and business process analysis/improvement projects to meet organisational strategic objectives and improve business outcomes. You are degree qualified in related field or equivalent industry experience, knowledge and skills and have high level stakeholder management skills to positively engage and collaborate on program deliverables.
You will be compensated for your efforts, with a base salary of $167,406 + super. You will also have access to multiple benefits and a flexible workplace environment, with a choice of work location (across our 157 campuses around NSW).
