**Your new role**
- Processing shipping line invoices to ensure timely receipt of EDOs.
- Following SOPs carefully and diligently to ensure customer requirements are being met.
- Liaising with service providers and clients to book FCL wharf pickups and deliveries to clients.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, prioritize and be well organized is a must.
- Monitor all activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitoring workflows to keep track of shipments, vessels, and ETAs and meet KPIs
- Understand customer rate cards and Service provider rates to ensure accurate billing.
- Approval of Carrier invoices.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Previous experience with ocean freight forwarding and wharf operations is an advantage
