**About the Role**:

- Manage a portfolio of Key clients
- Process export sea consignments in a timely manner FCL & LCL
- Received orders from clients
- Communicating & Liaising with Shipping lines/Co-loaders/Service providers & Overseas Agents
- Provide clients with visibility on the status of their orders
- Liaise with the transport company to book cartage
- Monitor the process to ensure containers move as booked.
- Monitor bookings closely to ensure shipments move as booked.
- Export Customs Formalities (EDNs and CRNs)
- Checking and Submitting/Lodging Hazardous documentation and details (to Carriers and Ports)
- Coordinating with the documentation department to ensure forwarding instructions/bills of lading are sent out to clients in a timely manner.
- Invoicing and Entering Cost estimates
- Making sure KPIs and SOPs are met to management's standards
- Any other duties as requested by management.
- 2-3 years’ experience in export operations.
- Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced negotiation and relationship skills.
- High-level customer service skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Customs Systems.
