**The Opportunity**

The **UX Researcher** is primarily responsible for bringing a deeper understanding of students by utilising a range of UX Research methods such as surveys, interviews and usability testing to understand our user needs, identify pain points, and inform product decisions.

There are two 6 month contracts available, one full time and one part time (0.5 FTE) with potential for extension.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

- Experience in UX Research which focuses around customer, or ideally student, behaviour
- **Professional experience in UX Research/Design (mandatory)**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications, eg psychology, social science, marketing or other research related discipline
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time, and plan work to meet deadlines independently.
- Strong qualitative research skill set, including customer (student) journey mapping, user experience & concept testing, and human-centered design
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies
- Experience facilitating co-design sessions and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and validate solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and presenting insights and solutions that enhance customer (student) journeys and relationships
