***What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead UX design projects from discovery through delivery for product features that matter
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and deep-dive interviews with real customers (hi, builders )
- Build responsive wireframes, flows, and prototypes using **Figma**, **Sketch**, or whatever gets the job done
- Use data, behavior insights, and experimentation to test assumptions and iterate fast
- Embed ethical, inclusive, and accessible design into everything you create
- Contribute to (and help grow) our design system so we scale smart, not messy
- Explore AI-enhanced UX—predictive flows, personalized interfaces, and intelligent defaults
- Advocate for user-centered thinking across teams, from standups to roadmap planning

***What You Bring**:

- 3+ years of UX design experience, ideally in SaaS or product-led teams
- A killer portfolio showing thoughtful problem-solving, real user insights, and business impact
- Background designing for e-comm, marketplaces, or digital transactions
- Research chops—you know how to uncover what users need (and what they _don’t_)
- Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and interaction principles
- Great communication and cross-functional vibes—you can talk design with anyone
- Bonus: Experience in AI-assisted UX, construction tech, or working with trades
