PFD Food Services began life in 1943 amid the noise and chaos of the Melbourne Fish Markets. Expanding rapidly to meet the demand of an ever growing customer base, we are Australia’s largest family operated Foodservice company with over 800 company owned trucks and customer service focused drivers making daily deliveries.

**The Role**
The purpose of this role is to effectively supervise the customer service and related administration requirements at our branch. You will need to have great interpersonal skills and be comfortable meeting the daily, weekly and monthly objectives as well as meeting all other customer service/admin requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the customer service function
- Maintain and develop customer service relationships
- Respond to phone customers in an efficient and courteous manner
- Respond to customer requirements and Branch issues
- Liaise with Branch manager and Food Service specialists to ensure any customer complaints are rectified
- Co-ordinating and producing reports for all aspects of the business
- Minute taking
- Being involved in monthly OH&S/Safety requirements of the site
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Must have Customer Service Team Leader / Supervisory experience
- Well versed with customer service, telesales and administration processes
- Computer literate - proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Capable of working under pressure in a team environment
- Show initiative and a positive attitude
