Full time temporary Admin role for a State Government department

Based in the CBD, my client sits across the Education and Health Sectors, doing crucial work around the protection of children in the State.
**Your new role**
Due to increased activity, you will provide Administrative Assistance to a busy department and will be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your core duties will be providing general support to the office and will include duties such as.
- Provide high level reception/secretarial skills
- Provide Diary Management skills
- Support the coordination of responses to all requests for information, briefings, and correspondence

- Coordinating agendas and distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders
- Data entry
- Coordination of meetings.

- Any other ad hoc administration support required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful, you will be an experienced Administration Assistant with a proven record of supporting senior executives. You will have:
- excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- excellent time management skills, outstanding attention to detail
- the confidence to undertake administrative and clerical duties quickly but accurately
- experience with MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and procedures
**What you'll get in return**
