**About the Role**:
The Coordinator, thrive* Program is responsible for the development, planning, promotion and implementation of a range of high quality and diverse activities covering active, creative, social, wellbeing and competitive pursuits for both the VU Staff and VU Students.
An example of some of the Key Responsibilities includes:
- Plan, execute, and oversee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage social and creative events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Collect data, create reports and monitor and evaluate the success of programs, suggesting improvements.
- Co-develop the creation and distribution of promotional materials to generate excitement and engagement in the thrive’ program at VU.

**About You**:
You will also have:
- An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the provision of activities or program delivery in a recreation, creative, wellbeing or an active environment.
- Knowledge or experience with a University or other tertiary education environment.
- Awareness of quality assurance policies and procedures and other government legislation relating to the Sport and Recreation industry.
**Conditions**:
**This is a Part Time (0.8FTE), Fixed Term position available for 2 years at a Hep 6 Classification with a salary range of $87,380 - $94,582 per annum (pro rata), plus 17% employer contributions, working 29.4 hours per week.**
