As a Program Analyst, you will be a critical member of the team working towards delivering the new asset delivery model. Reporting to the Program Lead, your day will cover a range of activities from providing program coordination, governance, and analytical support to ensure the successful implementation of our aspiring project - NextGen.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordination of work group activity at a program level, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, allocating, and action-tracking items.
- Engage with Program Lead and Work Group representatives to ensure actions required to deliver activities are captured and completed in required timeframes.
- Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of program documentation, including project and program status reports, risk and issue logs, schedule, financial reports, and other program artefacts.
- Provide analysis and prepare information packs or reports to support strategic planning across the program and to executive leadership forums.
- Identify and manage interdependences across the program and support change management and transition activities.

**Skills & Experience**
- Project or Program Coordination, and/or Business/Project support within Project, PMO or Program teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrated skills in communications and partner engagement.
- Highly developed critical thinking, including an ability to distil complex information into clear and simple concepts.
- Effective organisational skills and the ability to work individually and oversee deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a changing environment.
- Experience with risk register schedules will be highly regarded.
