**The opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in Learning & Development

Reporting to the Learning and Development Team Leader and liaising with the GWW Technical Training Lead, you will be key in coordinating a range of learning and development actions, supporting L&D projects, ensuring the development and maintenance of the learning platform, acting as the first point of contact for learning and development queries and maintaining the data integrity in the learning management system.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development programs
- Create and maintain accurate and easily accessible processes for all learning and development activities
- Design and communicate administrative procedures for the booking of external training courses
- Support all training activities from administration related duties through to reviewing evaluations
- Maintain Training records using the Learning Management System and other relevant databases

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role or exposure to coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence to collaborate and build proactive working relationships with a diverse range of internal and key external partners
- Great administration and organisational skills to successfully deliver multiple assignments
- Self-starter, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/ Business or Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
