We are hiring a Program Analyst/Project Officer to support one of our key transformation programs enhancing the way we build and lead our infrastructure assets, the investments we make through our supply chain and how we work. **The opportunity**

As a Program Analyst, you will be a critical team member coordinating work groups at a program level, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress and action tracking. You’ll be responsible for leading, maintaining and coordinating key program deliverables and forums. Your role will work across the diverse program, supporting key working groups, bringing variety and autonomy into your work. You will get exposure to our key senior leaders, where you can grow into a career in project management.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordination of work group activity at a program level, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, action tracking.
- Engage with Program Lead and Work Group leads to ensure actions required to deliver activities are captured and completed in required timeframes.
- Lead the development and maintenance of program documentation, including project and program status reports, risk and issue logs, schedule, financial reports and other program artefacts.
- Provide analysis and prepare information packs or reports to support decision-making across the program and to executive leadership forums.
- Identify and manage interdependences across the program and support change management and transition activities.

**Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years Project or Program Coordination, and/or Business/Project analysis within Project or Program teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrated skills in communications and partner engagement.
- Highly developed critical thinking, including an ability to distil complex information into clear and simple concepts.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and lead deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
