**About the role**

This is a key role in leading and delivering EPA's recruitment strategy, demonstrating leadership, and supporting the organisation in attracting, retaining and managing the employee recruitment cycle within the designed framework and assigned timeframes.

**Duties**
- Coaching hiring managers and leading key vacant roles through recruitment stages which are best recruitment practices. Upskilling the team to innovatively seek out talent and maximise efficiencies in the assessment process.
- Build a customer focused, tech enabled, highly effective and efficient Talent Acquisition team meeting EPA’s requirements via delivering a high-quality recruitment service.
- Demonstrate high level understanding of recruitment sourcing, tools, implementing sourcing strategies, plans to drive an inclusive and diverse workforce.
- Leading the Talent Acquisition team embed consistent processes and templates designed to create efficiency and positively engage with the broader Employee Experience team to promote processes and system improvements.

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership experience.
- Success and experience working with Senior stakeholders.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business requirements.
- Success Factors and/or Oracle system experience is highly desirable.
- Desired experience in best practice for recruitment in the Victorian Public Service.
