**The Role**
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role sits on the Office of People leadership team and has three direct reports. The Head of HR Operations is accountable for the management of the payroll of 5000 employees, including navigating the Enterprise Agreements in place. This role will also review and improve existing HR processes and systems and upgrade operational processes and technology as required.
