**The opportunity**
The role of the Change Manager will be to support the Program Change lead in delivering a variety of change and communication activities required to successfully embed the initiatives across the business. **This is contingent contract role working at AMP **.

**About the role**:

- Design and delivery of end-to-end change management activities across each stream
- Support Organisation-Design activities
- Support program communications and bespoke communications across the streams as required.
- Working with Program team to deliver training to Business as required.

**About you**:

- Change Management experience across Financial Services, preferably within Finance.
- Organisation Design experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver full spectrum of change management activities.
