**About The Role**

**Other key responsibilities will include**:

- This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires the Application Support Manager to establish and manage relationships with SaaS vendors, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance monitoring.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in software development and middleware integration projects, along with proven ability to manage relationships with SaaS vendors, including contract negotiation, SLA oversight, and performance management.
- Experience in aligning IT initiatives with business goals and demonstrating a strong understanding of the broader business context is crucial.
