- Harry Russell We are looking for an IT Application Manager to join a team in a Global Brand that created one of the most famous products known to the World. You will be working in a Tech team that has been brought into the new age of the business, with consistent growth across the department and opportunities to flourish. The big focus for the business moving forward is on digital transformation and investing in technology that serves the business, employees, and customers. That means looking at things with a continuous improvement mindset. The next 12-18 months will be about strengthening digital capability, integrating another brand of the business, and working with internal stakeholders within the business to update Technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for someone with a good level of experience and demonstrated success in an Application Manager role.
- You will have the ability to build rapport and work successfully with stakeholders and have a business partner mindset.
- High attention to detail, hands-on, can-do, will-do attitude innovative and action orientated, they will thrive in a role where they have the autonomy and accountability to own their role. In addition, they will have a developed EQ and ability to successfully train and support people through technology changes, and consider themselves an empathetic, patient yet outcome focused person.
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management and project management methodologies, tools, and governance.
- Work with Vendors, relevant Information Technology teams and business end users to coordinate and facilitate deployment of new software and features.
- Lead and manage the development/implementation of system and process improvements.

**Experience**:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- The ability to prioritise and work autonomously, remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong process management skills
- Knowledge and exposure to Digital/eCommerce businesses

Tech skills required:

- Tech skills: An ERP System (Such as: SAP, Dynamics, QAD)
- EDI, SQL, SSIS, are essential.
- Some scripting knowledge would be good in either PowerShell, PHP, Python, C#
