Have a meaningful impact as an **Application Engineering Manager.**

**YOUR ROLE**

This role ensures smooth integration of software engineering with data-driven AI products and involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the business. This role is also responsible for establishing, productising and overseeing controls and guardrails as well as ways of working and collaboration frameworks for contributing to enterprise AI products to enable open/inner-sourcing o these products from various engineering and technical teams across the enterprise.

You’ll guide product owners in roadmap creation, offering expertise on technology feasibility, provide technical leadership across Enterprise Activation AI and IAG, promote AI best practices, and work with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions. Additionally, this role will drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging trends in software engineering, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring IAG leverages cutting-edge advancements in its offerings.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience: Experience in a technical leadership role; including product and people management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in modern development frameworks: Strong working knowledge of OOP programming (ideally Python), REST API, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, and/or similar frameworks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, collaborating across disciplines, and communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and innovation: Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovate new solutions that drive business value.
- Commitment to ethical use of technology: Understanding of ethical principles and a strong commitment to responsible and ethical software development practices.
- Certification in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly regarded
