Your Role
As the AO2 Administrative Officer you will have responsibility for, but not limited to:
- Assist with general administrative and reception duties for the administration office, including answering phones, attending to front counter and assisting other team members as required.
- Assist with daily student attendance processes.
- Maintain student information records and ensure student files are kept up to date.
- Answer enrolment enquiries, prepare enrolment documentation and coordinate enrolment interviews as required
- Other administrative duties as directed by the HR Manager, Business Manager or Principal.
Mandatory Requirements
- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
