About Us

Pet Angel Funerals is a family-owned pet crematorium proudly servicing Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are dedicated to providing a caring and professional service for families during one of the most emotional times they will face.

We are seeking a compassionate and organised Office Administrator to join our Gold Coast team. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive, friendly workplace where every team member makes a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers and make arrangements for their beloved pets.
  • Answer incoming phone calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling collections and deliveries.
  • Communicate with staff to prioritise collections and logistics.
  • Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to customer and veterinary clinic enquiries via phone and email.
  • Support families at reception with sensitivity and compassion.
  • Perform general office administration duties.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer service and administration.
  • Compassionate, caring, and able to remain calm and supportive in emotional situations.
  • An excellent communicator with a warm phone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable about the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.
  • Confident in coordinating multiple drivers and schedules.
  • Experienced with Xero (preferred but not essential).
  • Passionate about animals and committed to supporting grieving families.
