We are seeking a compassionate and organised Office Administrator to join our Gold Coast team. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive, friendly workplace where every team member makes a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with customers and make arrangements for their beloved pets.
- Answer incoming phone calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling collections and deliveries.
- Communicate with staff to prioritise collections and logistics.
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer and veterinary clinic enquiries via phone and email.
- Support families at reception with sensitivity and compassion.
- Perform general office administration duties.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in customer service and administration.
- Compassionate, caring, and able to remain calm and supportive in emotional situations.
- An excellent communicator with a warm phone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable about the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.
- Confident in coordinating multiple drivers and schedules.
- Experienced with Xero (preferred but not essential).
- Passionate about animals and committed to supporting grieving families.
