Releaf Clinics is seeking a highly motivated Medical Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing healthcare network, specialising in medicinal cannabis. As, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment, allocation, and scheduling of doctors, ensuring smooth operations across 17 clinic locations and supporting over 100,000 patients nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative sector within healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee doctor recruitment, allocation, and scheduling across all clinic locations.
- Ensure efficient daily operations to provide the best patient experience.
- Work closely with clinic managers and doctors to meet operational and patient care targets.
- Analyse clinic performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of the clinic network.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead initiatives to optimise doctor engagement, patient consultation hours, and overall clinic efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 10 years of medical industry experience
- Proven experience in medical operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Strong track record in managing healthcare teams and optimising schedules.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
