Family Doctor operates over 70 medical Clinics in VIC, ACT, NSW, QLD and WA, and has experienced rapid growth and is now ready to expand the team

The Support Office is located in Hawthorn East, a short distance from cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities.

We work together to bring innovative solutions to our network of clinics. We have a flat management structure and authentic leadership where all of the team have input in how we can make things better.

**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced Medical Centre Operations Manager to join our team. This position has oversight of an allocation of medical practices within the Group.
The role is to ensure our Practices deliver high performing primary care whilst utilising our network of clinics to enhance operational performance. You will be working alongside the another Operations Manager, and under a Group Operations Manager, and will be working closely with the CEO who is hands-on in the business, is a qualified General Practitioner and is approachable.

**Selection Criteria**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing and leading staff in a large multi-site organisation.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and analytical skills with highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining day to day operational procedures, and in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to provide oversight and direction to support functions.
- Ability to identify and manage operational challenges at a practice level.
- Experience in managing tender processes.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
