**The Role**:

- We are looking for a new Practice Manager (PM) to lead the team as our current PM is retiring.
- This is a full-time position with days and hours being negotiable and flexible
- Key responsibilities are to oversee daily operations of the practice and continue to build our presence in the community
- The role requires a high level of organisational and communication skills
- Critical components of the job include leadership, staff care and training, rostering, management of the facility along with maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and service providers
- The financial management of the clinic is overseen in conjunction with the practice owners

**Facts**:
Our clinic has recently been re-accredited and all staff are fully cognisant of their responsibilities to remain compliance with Medicare and RACGP standards

We run Medical Director software and engage HealthEngine to manage our on-line bookings and recall system

**Preferable criteria but not deal breakers**:

- Previous experience in a Practice Management role is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Medical Director clinical software
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
