We are looking for a passionate Jewellery Production Coordinator to join this treasured part of our business. With the growth of our Online department, Reporting to our Head of Production, we are looking for a hyper organised individual who understands jewellery production and can manage a busy and unique production schedule and supply-chain. It is important to us that this person has understanding and experience within the jewellery industry.

The key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

- Management of internal database with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all customers and pieces are on track and always accounted for.
- Tracking of any urgent and time-sensitive pieces to ensure on-time delivery for clients. Anticipating delays and setbacks where possible to minimise impact to customers, clearly communicating to the customer service team of any such instances.
- Act as quality control and consult for jewellers. Quality control checking every piece at multiple stages throughout the production process.
- Manage workflow of production of all repairs/resizes, communicating clearly with customer service.
- Work alongside Customer Service regarding communication with customers about their orders or returns, throughout the production process, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. This will include order updates, repair & resizing information, delays, issues etc.
- Alongside Head of Production, assist in consultation with the design team on the production aspect of new design work, advising on streamlining production for jewellers and ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Assist Inventory Manager in the management of the master mould list. Address any issues with worn down moulds, faulty masters or ineffective production methods.
- Order supplies as necessary, materials and tools for the jewellers as necessary.
- Manage and track lemel & waste from the jewellers' studio and ensure it’s handed over to the Head of Inventory for tracking and refining.
- Accurately report to Head of Production with weekly updates on production numbers i.e outstanding orders, overdue orders and stage of production for each piece.
